We found this hotel to be quite comfortable, with friendly staff and lovely grounds. The mattress we had was comfortable and the water was super hot. We appreciated the hotel's accessibility from the highway and that it was possible to walk into the centre of this city. The staff were very helpful, taking care of our laundry and finding us a new room when we had complaints.
For us, this hotel was ideal.

This hotel is a great option in the tourist areas of Chiapas, with an easy walk to the city center. the friendly staff quickly handles any issues, such as uncomfortable mattresses, and even swaps them out for more comfortable ones. the hot water is excellent and the price is reasonable. this hotel offers great value for the price and is perfect for trekkers and groups of friends.
The hotel could improve on soap provisions and Wi-Fi, which can be spotty and unreliable for a digital nomad.

I recently spent my Christmas at a hotel and the experience was amazing! the rooms were very cozy and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, very close to the highway but still within walking distance to the city center. What I enjoyed the most was the hot water, it was superb! It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
There were some things that could use improvement. the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the hotcakes were dry, and the coffee was too weak for my taste.

With a great price, quality ratio, this hotel is the ideal spot to stay while exploring the nearby areas. the staff is more than welcoming and attentive to all your needs, fulfilling every luxurious requirement of yours. the garden area is beautiful and well, maintained, offering a serene atmosphere for a relaxing stay. the private facilities in the room are exclusive and definitely make it worth the stay.
The only minor downside is the slow Wi, Fi that may frustrate a digital nomad. it's still manageable and doesn't outshine the numerous positive aspects of this hotel.

We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and had a lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was quite comfortable and cozy, perfect for the cold night. The location was key because it was easy to walk to the center, and we could access it conveniently from the highway.
The WiFi was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected. the breakfast could have been better, specifically the hotcakes, which were dry and disappointing.
